Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Assistant, to join a well-established, highly respected company in their field based in Ipswich. You will be responsible for running the end-to-end recruitment processes around the company, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Duties:
- Monitor the Recruitment inbox and respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring/offering.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Act as first point of contact for the Talent function.
- Produce employment paperwork for new starters.
- Conduct Background Screening checks on all new starters.
- Conduct psychometric tests on candidates and staff where required.
- Hold HR Induction meetings with new starters.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above (including Maths and English).
- At least 2 years experience of working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consultancy.
- Previous experience of working within a professional services environment.
- Experience managing a full recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous experience of conducting background screening.
- Good administration skills.
- CIPD or relevant recruitment qualifications are desirable.
