Our client, a market leading property firm, are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team.

 

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a yearly bonus, commission, a very competitive salary and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the database
  • Arranging all appointments
  • Discussing valuations
  • Actively looking for potential new listings
  • Building relationships with vendors and ensure they are updated throughout the full sales process

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience within estate agencies (Essential)
  • CeMAP
