Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the business’ outbound logistical requirements are implemented correctly and efficiently
- Preparation of orders for vehicle movements
- The coordination of external transport hauliers
- Assessing and evaluating service provisions required
- Liaising with hauliers to book deliveries, confirm delivery schedules, and vehicle types/services required
- Building strong, corporate working relationships with key clients and customers
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience of working within a logistics or distribution team
- Demonstrable customer account management experience, with the ability to maintain long-term business relationships
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective business relationships to exceed customer expectations.
- Highly professional, with strong commercial awareness
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
