Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours who specialise in products and materials for the construction industry. They are looking for a proactive, efficient, and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team on a FTC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch.
  • Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate.
  • Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels.
  • Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints.
  • Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details.

 

Requirements:

  • NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training
  • A proactive approach
  • Efficient and motivated
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team
