Job Description
We are delighted to be working on behalf of a fantastic client based in Ipswich who are industry specialists in wholesale and distribution. They are a friendly, reputable organisation who are committed to the sustainability, quality and excellence of their products.
They are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Business Administrator to join their team and help to support the smooth operations of the organisation.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative functions, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management
- Assist with inventory management, procurement, and product ordering
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and other business partners
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and other teams
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist in budget management
Skills & experience:
- Previous experience in a business administration or operations role, ideally within the construction or manufacturing sectors
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
