Job Description
We are thrilled to be working on behalf of an award-winning company based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of departments and administrative teams to ensure compliance and support for the smooth execution of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage meeting rooms.
- Working on own initiative and liaising with colleagues to resolve queries.
- Liaising with internal and external contacts.
- Provide monthly updates on status’ through graphs and reports.
- Attend meetings.
- Providing support to reception.
- Managing the Directors diary, making appointments and travel arrangements as necessary.
Previous Skills & Experience required:
- Previous experience of working in an administration role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Accuracy in data entry, document proofing and ensuring all submissions are accurate and complete.
