Job Description

Our client, a reputable business based in Billericay, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to strengthen their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Performing data entry.
  • Working with QuickBooks.
  • Preparing documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain organised files for all financial documents.
  • Respond to internal and external queries.

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience working with Quickbooks (desirable)
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Accounts Assistant
  • Strong Communication skills
