Job Description
Our client, a reputable business based in Billericay, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to strengthen their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Performing data entry.
- Working with QuickBooks.
- Preparing documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain organised files for all financial documents.
- Respond to internal and external queries.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience working with Quickbooks (desirable)
- Strong data entry skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Accounts Assistant
- Strong Communication skills
