Job Description
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their valued clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of the conveyancing process with the aid of case management systems, handling their own case load from instruction through to completion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters independently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and searches
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
- Providing high-quality client care and maintaining clear communication throughout the process
Skills & Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor
- Proven extensive experience of handing cased loads from instruction through to completion
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
- Strong organisational skills, with proven experience working within a traditional law firm
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with clients
