Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading transport company based in Felixstowe who are looking to appoint a Traffic Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone that has experience within the container transport industry as well as knowledge on bespoke CRM systems.
Essential Skills Required:
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Knowledge on VBS systems for ports, TOPS experience, Destin8 knowledge etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
