Job Description
We are delighted to be recruiting for a successful, fast-growing business on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, who are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with prospective customers to process brochure requests.
- Booking and managing appointments for the team of representatives.
- Speaking with customers to ensure they are happy with the service.
- Adhoc administrative duties.
- Answering emails, queries and complaints to an exceptional standard.
Experience required:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Previous experience within Customer service.
- Capability to work under pressure.
- Showing the ability to use your initiative.
Full training and ongoing support is provided. Successful candidates will have the potential to grow within the company as the business expands.
